Performance criteria

You must be able to:

  4. follow your workplace procedures to assess information collected about staffing and achievement of targets to make factual judgements of how effective staff are
  5. recommend changes in staffing to the correct people following your workplace procedures
  6. follow your workplace procedures to change staffing levels and revise schedules so that targets can be met
  7. share monitoring results to the people who need them following your workplace procedures
  8. use the monitoring results to encourage staff to reach their targets following your workplace procedures
