Process payments from clients

This standard is about concluding the services provided to the client. This will include processing payment for the services, including insurance claims where applicable, providing the client with additional information and booking further appointments where required.

This standard is suitable for anyone who processes payments from clients.

9. the legislation and regulations regarding processing payments.
