Monitor operational activities on the drinking water distribution network

This Standard is about monitoring progress of network activities. Network activities could include re-zoning, mains cleansing, making connections, repairs, replacements, installation or maintenance.    
It includes monitoring progress, communicating information about progress, identifying the causes of any issues, sorting out immediate issues that can be readily resolved and dealing with single or multiple major or complex issues.
This Standard is for those responsible for monitoring and reporting on operational activities once completed.
